These murals and paintings on objects were done in collaboration with store owners. After developing a collaboration through conversations about preferences and concepts, Airin takes her client's desired subject matter and incorporates it into her surreal, playful style to create a world specifically designed for a given space and business. Her works demand attention and play with the viewer, describing the notion of an organization in a language beyond words. She often creates these large and intricate designs in under a week-sometimes working around the clock and sometimes makes a performance out of the creation-instilling a memorable experience into this work.
